Concept
The Symphony Editions from Salud Spirits tell the story of a journey in which the best whiskies in the world are blended into an exceptional end product. Chichibus Master Blender Ichiro Akuto personally travels the world to select the finest whiskies. Each individual whisky is like a unique instrument with its own characteristic notes. Only when they play together perfectly does a composition emerge, just as many instruments make an impressive symphony.
Two symphonies, one masterpiece: Allargando & Allegro. We are proud to present not one, but two symphony editions: Allargando and Allegro. Two unique whiskies, both carefully crafted by Ichiro Akuto, Chichibu's Master Blender, who selects the best whiskies in the world. Allargando offers a slow, calm build of flavors that unfold deeply and delicately, while Allegro is fast, lively and exuberant, with an intense and powerful fusion of flavors. Together they form a perfect symphony of contrasts, two masterpieces that combine the best of the world in one glass.
